Pitched and led the creation of Above, Below, Beyond, a 40-page digital publication showcasing Consor's multidisciplinary engineering expertise. As project manager, I delivered the complete publication in five months by strategically repurposing social media content while coordinating development of new stories, graphics, and images with 20+ contributors. I managed client and photographer approval process for project and image features.
A key editorial challenge was ensuring balanced representation across Consor's diverse engineering disciplines—from structural assessment to water to transportation—without favoring any single service area. Leading creative direction and editorial workflows, I established new content marketing standards that demonstrated our firm's comprehensive capabilities to prospective clients and
industry peers.
This campaign was a first-of-its-kind effort for Consor. Through digital distribution, we released the magazine across LinkedIn, Instagram, and as the launchpad of the firm’s external newsletter with targeted outreach to clients and subconsultant partners to help build an email audience.
We also created a data-driven process for future marketing initiatives by implementing Google Analytics tracking to measure campaign performance and inform campaign strategy for the
2025 edition.
